In this second edition of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report, we are proud to share the progress we’ve made in 2024, reflecting the values that guide our company and the dedication of our people.

This year, we achieved two significant milestones: zero environmental incidents and zero work-related injuries across our fleet and offices. These accomplishments underscore our unwavering focus on operational excellence and the strong safety culture embraced by our teams both at sea and ashore.

We also made meaningful strides in diversity and inclusion, with women now representing 45% of our office-based workforce—a testament to our inclusive hiring practices and supportive work environment. In parallel, we expanded our training and development programs, empowering our people with the tools and opportunities to grow professionally and contribute to a more resilient and forward-looking maritime industry.

Aligned with the IMO’s GHG emission reduction targets and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we continue to integrate sustainability into our strategy, decisions, and governance. This report reflects our ongoing journey and reaffirms our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
